What flavors and types of rice dumplings (zongzi) do you sell?
We offer a wide range of classic and signature zongzi, including Singapore’s popular Nyonya Rice Dumplings, Hokkien Rice Dumplings (including the salted egg yolk variant), and authentic Jiaxing-style Zongzi (such as Double Egg Yolk Pork, Preserved Vegetable Pork, and Double Chestnut Pork flavors). We also stock Wufangzhai’s northern-style mixed flavor zongzi gift packs, catering to diverse taste preferences.
Are the rice dumplings halal-certified?
All pork-filled zongzi sold in our store are non-halal. We currently do not offer halal-certified rice dumpling options.
What sizes and packaging options are available for the zongzi? Can I buy single pieces?
We provide flexible purchasing options, including single packs for a taste test and bundle packs: 5-piece Nyonya/Hokkien zongzi sets, 8-piece Jiaxing-style zongzi sets, and 10-piece traditional Nyonya zongzi sets, all selectable based on your needs.
Do you sell other products besides rice dumplings?
In addition to zongzi, we offer a variety of premium glutinous rice snacks, including 700g mochi (matcha, strawberry, sesame, peanut flavors), Japanese-style iced cassava nuomici, and Qingtuan (green rice cakes), all vacuum-packed for freshness.
Where is Wufangzhai zongzi produced, and what are its specifications?
Wufangzhai Dragon Boat Festival zongzi gift packs are produced in Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province. The Wufang Yangyuan Vegetarian Zongzi Gift Bag has a total net weight of 1000g (mixed flavors) and a gross weight of 1.325kg.

What is your delivery coverage?
We only provide delivery services for the Singapore region and do not currently ship orders outside Singapore.
What payment methods are accepted?
We support mainstream online payment methods in Singapore, including credit cards and e-wallets, with a safe and convenient payment process.
Can I place orders during festive seasons?
Orders can be placed as usual during festive seasons (e.g., Dragon Boat Festival). Due to high order volumes, shipments will be processed in the order of payment. We recommend placing your order in advance to avoid delays.
Do you offer bulk customization/corporate purchasing?
We support bulk purchasing of zongzi gift packs, ideal for corporate festive benefits and business gifting. Please contact our customer service for detailed customization requirements if needed.
Storage & Shelf Life
What is the proper storage method and shelf life for fresh zongzi?
Zongzi are perishable goods. We recommend refrigerating or freezing them upon receipt. The shelf life of vacuum-packed zongzi is marked on the product packaging. For fresh-made zongzi (e.g., Jiaxing-style, Nyonya/Hokkien), please consume them as soon as possible for the best taste.
What storage requirements apply to your glutinous rice snacks (mochi, iced cassava nuomici)?
The 700g mochi has a shelf life of 180 days, and the iced cassava nuomici has a shelf life of 120 days. Both products should be stored in a ventilated, dry and cool place (no refrigeration required). Please consume them promptly after opening.
Are all products vacuum-packed?
All glutinous rice snacks (mochi, iced cassava nuomici) are vacuum-packed. Zongzi are packaged in either vacuum or sealed packaging; specific details can be found on the corresponding product detail pages.

Can I return or exchange purchased products?
To ensure food hygiene and safety, all our products (including zongzi and glutinous rice snacks) are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to their perishable nature. Please confirm your desired flavors and specifications before placing an order.
What should I do if there is a missing item, wrong delivery, or damaged packaging upon receipt?
If you encounter non-edible issues such as missing items, wrong delivery, or damaged product packaging after receiving your order, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of signing for the delivery, and provide your order screenshot and photos of the actual product. We will resolve the issue for you promptly.
Can I modify or cancel my order after submission?
If your order has been paid but not yet shipped, you may contact customer service to request a change of delivery information or order cancellation. No modifications or cancellations can be made once the order is in the shipping process; we appreciate your understanding.

During non-festive periods, orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak festive seasons (e.g., Dragon Boat Festival), shipments are processed within 3-5 business days. Logistics information will be sent once the order is shipped.
How long does delivery take after shipping?
For local delivery in Singapore, orders are generally delivered within 1-3 business days after shipping. The exact delivery time is subject to the logistics provider’s schedule.
Can I track my order’s logistics information?
Once your order is shipped, the system will automatically send the tracking number and query link to the contact information you provided during ordering, allowing you to track the logistics progress at any time.
